Ras-El Hanout

Ras-El Hanout means "head of the shop" in Arabic, and used to symbolize the finest spice blend of spice shops in Morocco. Today, there is one type of spice blend that is generally accepted as Ras-El Hanout.
Ras-El Hanout is typically used as a paste after being mixed with melted butter. You can use it for goat, stew, game meat, red meat, and vegetables.
