Black Chili / Roasted Chili / Urfa Pepper
Some know it as Urfa pepper, some know it as roasted chili. The name may vary but the only certain thing is its great taste. In the city of Urfa in southeastern Turkey, chili peppers are cut and dried under the sun for 3 days and get roasted. The sun gives Urfa peppers their characteristic taste which can be described as a tad smoky and a tad sour.
